Asking about a rental
Call or email with the address you saw and what you need to know. We will tell you whether it is still available, what the rent and deposit are, and whether the criteria are likely to fit before you pay an application fee.
Already renting from us
Rent, ledger, and lease documents are in the resident portal, and repairs should go in as a written request so they are timestamped and tracked. A maintenance emergency goes to the emergency line, not to email.
Anything else
Vendors, neighbours, and anyone with a question about a property we own can use the office line or the email address below. Anything that needs to be in writing can be posted to the mailing address.
